Thank you for your order at PlayingCardsCo.com! We are excited to get your playing cards to you. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Australia
  • North America (United States and Canada)
  • New Zealand

Shipping Method:

We primarily use DHL Express for all our shipments to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Processing Time:

Please allow 7-8 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. This processing time is in addition to the estimated shipping times below.

Estimated Shipping Times (after processing):

  • DHL Express: 2-3 working days for all destinations (Australia, North America, and New Zealand).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by DHL Express and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical issues.  

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Australia:
    • Free shipping is offered to New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria (VIC).
    • For all other states and territories in Australia, a shipping quotation will be provided at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
  • North America (United States and Canada): A shipping quotation via DHL Express will be provided at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
  • New Zealand: A shipping quotation via DHL Express will be provided at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

The shipping costs will be displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order Tracking:

Yes, all orders shipped via DHL Express will have tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing your tracking number and a link to the DHL Express tracking website where you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at order@playingcardsco.com or through our contact form on the website. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. You have the option of a full refund or we can reprint and resend your order at no additional cost to you, once the loss or damage has been confirmed.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address for delivery.

Product-Specific Shipping Considerations:

Currently, there are no specific shipping restrictions or considerations for the playing cards we offer.
